Ultimate Prospect is looking for driven, creative individuals who want real experience in a fast-growing sports and marketing company. This isn’t a coffee-run kind of internship. You’ll actually be doing meaningful work — creating, collaborating, and helping build athlete brands from the ground up.
We’re a team that moves fast, thinks big, and keeps it real. If you’re passionate about sports, storytelling, social media, or content creation — we want to hear from you.
This is an unpaid internship, but you’ll gain valuable experience, get credit for your work, and have your name and role featured on our website and platforms. You’ll also receive a reference letter at the end of the internship — and a network that could open real doors in the sports industry.
POSITIONS AVAILABLE
Athlete Outreach Intern
Find and connect with rising athletes. You’ll help introduce them to what UP offers, gather their info for graphics, and build real relationships in the athlete space.

Team Outreach Intern
Work directly with high school and college programs. You’ll contact coaches and athletic departments to expand UP into new schools and teams.

Partnerships Intern
Help create real collabs with local businesses, influencers, and sports brands. You’ll pitch ideas and assist in building relationships that benefit our athletes and mission.

Sponsorship Outreach Intern
Research and pitch potential sponsors. You’ll help us grow UP by connecting with brands that align with our values and want to support athlete-driven content.
