Ultimate Prospect: Graphic Design Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Ultimate Prospect. Please read the following terms carefully before submitting a design request. By ordering custom graphics from us, you agree to the following terms of service.

1. Scope of Work

Ultimate Prospect provides custom graphic design services for athletes and personal branding purposes. Projects may include (but are not limited to):

• Athlete graphics

• Recruiting edits

• Commitment announcements

• Posters, flyers, or promotional graphics

• Social media visuals

All work is based on the details submitted in the official Graphic Design Request Form. Incomplete forms will delay the start of your project.

2. Revisions Policy

Each project includes up to three (3) minor revisions at no extra charge. These may include:

• Color adjustments

• Adding/replacing logos

• Minor text edits

• Repositioning elements

After the third revision, each additional revision will be charged at $10 per revision.

If a client provides no creative direction or reference images and is unsatisfied with the style, a new design fee will apply. Please be as specific and clear as possible when submitting your request.

3. Turnaround Time

Our standard turnaround time is at least 7 business days, depending on workload and graphic complexity.

Rush orders (delivery in 3–5 business days) may be available only if requested in advance and approved, and may require an additional rush fee.

If you need a graphic by a specific date, it must be clearly noted in your request form.

4. File Requirements & Delivery

Clients are responsible for submitting high-resolution images (including photos and logos). We are not responsible for poor results caused by low-quality uploads.

Final graphics are delivered in standard digital formats such as PNG, JPEG, or PDF.

Photoshop (PSD) files are stored for 14 days after delivery. After that, they will be permanently deleted unless an extended arrangement is made in writing.

5. Payment Terms

All pricing will be provided after reviewing your request form.
We currently accept payment through:

• Cash App

• Zelle

• Apple Pay

• Other payment methods may be arranged if discussed in advance

Payment is due before final delivery.
No graphics will be sent until full payment is received.

Additional revisions beyond the included amount, or complete redesigns, will be billed separately.

6. Copyright & Usage Rights

Once your graphic is delivered, you have full rights to post it on your personal and social media accounts.

Ultimate Prospect retains ownership of the design and reserves the right to use any completed graphics in our portfolio, promotional content, or social media, unless otherwise stated in a signed agreement.

If you require full exclusivity or non-disclosure, this must be agreed upon in writing before design work begins.

7. Agreement Acknowledgment

By placing an order or submitting a request, you acknowledge that:

• You have read and agree to all terms listed above

• You understand our pricing, revision, and timeline policies

• You are providing content you have the rights to use

• You agree to communicate in advance about deadlines or special needs
